Standard Delivery (UK-Wide)

We offer reliable nationwide shipping across the United Kingdom.

• Delivery Fee: £3.99
  
• Free Delivery: Orders £20 or more
  
• Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days
  
• Processing Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
  

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Same-Day Local Delivery

We also offer same-day delivery for customers located in St Albans, Hatfield, and Welwyn Garden City.

• Delivery Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, 7 days a week
  
• Last Order Cut-Off: 10:30 PM for same-day delivery
  
• Delivery Fee: Free for orders £20 or more
  
• Estimated Delivery Time: Within a few hours of ordering (depending on demand and driver availability)

You’ll receive a confirmation message when your order is out for delivery, along with an estimated arrival time. If your address falls outside our local delivery areas, your order will be shipped via standard delivery instead.

Delays

While most orders arrive within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, traffic, weather, or high demand.
